Hanoi Janes

This next band is from Germany, that's right Sachsen, Germany. I know, I know, your first reaction is probably double ugh but the 'Hanoi Janes' are really something special. Don't worry their more Beach Boys than Bach. Somehow this band has successfully broken through obscurity and signed with the amazing Captured Tracks. "Across The Sea" is 'Hanoi's' first proper single and is one of the better songs I've heard this Summer. Their catchy drum claps and up beat guitar parts really play a big part in this bands intrigue. So don't get caught up on the stereotypes and give this band a listen.
